Our training program for runners focuses on lower extremity biomechanics and, in particular, foot and ankle mechanics, hands-on development of foot, ankle, knee and hip integrity and strength, and the development of coordinative strides.

I have you to thank for my successful NYC Marathon. I ran pain-free and had a very strong finish after two-plus years of attempting to run this race. I will continue to work on my training program that got me through this event. You are the best.
